Useful Outlook Features
Once you install the ZCS Connector for Outlook you will see addition menu items which add important and usful tools along with connection to the emailanywhere server.
Here are some features you may find usful.
Mainbox Quota
To check your current mailbox quota select "Tools" from the top menu and select "Mailbox Quote..."
You will get a screen like so:
Server Mail Rules
If you would like the emailanywhere server to sort out emails before they go into your inbox you can use the Sevrer Rules to apply your settings.
Select "Tools" from the top menu and select "Zimbra Server Rules..."
You will be presented with the following screen where you will be able to view/add/delete rule:
